Mavi is an adorable teddy bear made from sparse pale blue mohair. His nose is carefully embroidered and his feet are sculpted from blue suedette fabric. He has onyx bead eyes and he is filled with a mixture of cotton and polyester stuffing and weighted with steel shot. Mavi carries with him an exquisitely hand crafted blue leather satchel backpack with tiny pockets.
Mavi is a one of a kind teddy bear created especially for The Bear Garden.

Suzanne Carss has been designing and making teddy bears since 1998, specialising in hand-stitched one-of-a-kind miniature bears, often using vintage textiles and threads which draw inspiration from her love of classic teddy bears and all things miniature. Originally made as gifts for family and friends; Little Teds quickly developed in response to a demand for commission work, which led to them appearing in specialist shops and at fairs.
