Chilly is an adorable penguin crafted from a beautiful combination of black and white mohair, alpaca and soft micro plush fabrics. He has endearing black boot-button style eyes and soft brown plush feet. His beak has been delicately sculpted from wool felt and he has a sweet tail. Wish wears a cosy hand knitted blue angora wool scarf around his neck.
Chilly is a one-of-a-kind design and has been made especially for The Bear Garden.

Lynne Farmer has been making teddy bears since 1996. She originally trained as a graphic designer and for many years illustrated children's books, many of them stories about bears! Making under the name Jack & Lilia she creates all of her bears and characters by hand. Each creation has glass eyes, cotter pin or thread joints and is filled with cotton/poly flock and weighted with steel shot. Lynne has always loved working with textiles and collecting vintage fabrics, buttons and trimmings. She often uses these when making her little creations.
